An no wins, which is kind of remarkable in a strange way.
If he was our coach there’d be 10 threads about how he can’t win the big one.
After shaking McDermott’s hand then jawing at one of the Creighton players, this photo depicts Luke Murray in the “finding out” stage.
He’s an excellent coach. He’s also had some huge injuries to his PGs in a number of those years that hurt his chances.
He has done a remarkable job. I would love to see them win tonight. I have already had it with Pitino and Repole.

McDermott as also been to 3 sweet 16’s which I think more than makes up for not winning a conference tournament. I know I’d trade our 2016 win for a sweet 16.
End of the game last night was very interesting. (See picture of McD above,) Luke Murray is the ultimate twerp.
Mc and Danny seemed to handle it well.
The Creighton player shouldn't have dunked. McD chewed him out big time, and probably told Danny that.
Not sure why he got a T.
Hassan is a tough and proud kid. Can't fault him; if it were us, I'd hope one our players would react like Hassan.
UCONN acts as if the Garden is their home court.
Mc was telling Murray the dunk might have been payback for Danny tell the Creighton home crowd to admire his two rings.
Wonder what Andrew gets paid to be on the UCONN staff. Nice kids but talk about someone born on 3rd and thought he hit a triple!

I’m sure Hurley jr. will get a chance to prove himself separate from his father someday.
I was wondering about the T on Neal, too. My first thought was hat he hung on the rim too long.
Perhaps, though guys hang a lot and it is rarely called.
Maybe the refs wanted to cool down the UCONNs by giving each team a T.

I'd take one of Howard Stern's daughters as an assistant if Howard wants to pay the NIL.
I have always believed that McDermott is the best of Coaches with the lead. His end games are fun to watch ( it does help that Team shoots FTS--every year) but his inbounds : use of clock and saving TOS should be studied and copied.
