Sad of you to condone the action of this person. Reckless in responsibility to others although the person didnt even realize he was positive. I am all for getting back to normalcy. But these are the examples of the challenge it will be. 1 apple can spoil for the masses.Wow, 1 whole case, LET'S SHUT IT ALL DOWN!!!!
Hall85 i agree these gatherings are a net negativeIf we are going to hold one guy at a pool to task, can we be at least a bit honest about the risk of spreading COVID-19 from these riots? In addition to burning down their cities, they are multiplying the spread which is even more dangerous because it has effected their communities disproportionately.

Shu09 on no science background giving a grand mandate to say every state should be back to how.things were first week of march...glad you are not in charge hereOne (presumably young) person has it from that event. That's a success and proves we can open.
This isn't about reducing the number of cases. It is about flattening the curve so hospitals can handle any issues. We've done that. The entire country should be 100% open for business without restriction. People can take common sense preventative actions if they so choose. Get the government out of it.

You have a greater chance of dying in a car crash the next time you go out to drive than you do from this virus.
How are you coming up wit that? 2 months of Covid has already killed more people in NJ and New York under 50 than the number of annual auto accident fatalities and there are a lot more people driving than who have been infected.
Collectively we have one shot of getting this right. No do overs here.We should be back. Politicians are using this as an excuse to impose their controlling agenda. We can't let them get away with it.
As to science, the science, data and facts show the virus is mild for most and people under 50 are at incredibly little risk of death. You have a greater chance of dying in a car crash the next time you go out to drive than you do from this virus.
Coronoavirus is mild for 80% who get it. Never before have we controlled the young and healthy to stop the spread of any disease. Open the country!
Common sense.
So, you’re coming up with something based on your “common sense” that is not remotely close to being accurate and you’re just going to stick with it rather than finding out if it’s true or not?
Collectively we have one shot of getting this right. No do overs here.
Yes. I refuse to live in fear and a world of dictatorial politicians.
lol thats a white flag answer for you. we flattened the curve, time to strategically open up. the number of overall deaths is defently over average. its not made up. and thats including a huge drop in "usual" deaths like car crashes.Common sense.

you telling me when a large group of african americans gets together the media would rather report only on violence as opposed to their wellbeing? shocked.Has anyone in the media mentioned the lack of social distancing during the protests? Seemed like that’s all you heard about when anyone protested at their state capital last month. I would think that the number of people out protesting would be more worrisome than this one guy.
