Do i think message boards influence recruiting, no not really but african americans prospects that see this thread would be turned off from shu

What are you doing man I’m thinking about the shitty loss not the above. Your trying to light fires here for what purpose.
Are we really watching men’s basketball? How do we know that these players truly identify as males? Was there a gender questionnaire given out preseason?Because georgetown is an urban liberal/progressive campus and in case you missed it, players of majority african american or african descent populate their primary sport, men's basketball
positionless basketball baby! Are we really watching men’s basketball? How do we know that these players truly identify as males? Was there a gender questionnaire given out preseason?
They have right to identify as anything they so choose. If we’re going to be far left let’s go all the way.
Like everyone is allowed to express their opinions without being cancelled by soft served participation craving jokes. So it's just "shut up and dribble," right?
Players should be allowed to think and express opinions.
Imagine if Curt Schilling was playing today and got to wear his beliefs on his jersey. He’d be cancelled on a second.Like everyone is allowed to express their opinions without being cancelled by soft served participation craving jokes.
Darn straight. Tired of the nonsense. Participation trophy wannabes.Imagine if Curt Schilling was playing today and got to wear his beliefs on his jersey. He’d be cancelled on a second.
How does the phrase "equality" correlate to a youth league participation trophy?Darn straight. Tired of the nonsense. Participation trophy wannabes.
Schilling asked to be taken off the HOF ballot in his final year of eligibility, right? He tried to self-cancel, but BBWAA wouldn't let him. Let the man cancel himself! How does the phrase "equality" correlate to a youth league participation trophy?
Curt schilling is an absolute loon, yes he has the right to be that loon but that is what he is.
Thanks for starting a ridiculous thread that was guaranteed to head right into the sewer. Belongs on Life Off The Ship.Would it be encouraged for a player to say hes gay or straight on their Jersey??
Imagine if Whitehead came out with "I love Pussy" on his Jersey...... I bet youd be all for it.....clown.
whaaaAt least Seton Hall, its athletic department, and men's basketball program spoke out in remembrance of one of their own - Police Officer Kevin Wilkins who died 10 years ago this past week. Oh wait, no they didn't. I wonder why. What a disgrace that is.
Lmao and how is that related to a college basketball game?
Iron clad logic. Just wish this same logic was applied to statues and monuments all summer. Put the Columbus statue back up in Newark and tell the people who don’t want to see it if they can’t handle it to take a different route. Good stuff. Not up to you to decide. Your only position is whether to continue to watch or not.
If it means something to the players coaches schools and leagues and they agree its appropriate and what they want then thats what it will be.
Their league their choice.
Just because you can't handle seeing it doesn't mean it shouldn't be there.
Just stop watching if you disagree and can't handle it

When I have spare time I'd love to read about the history of slavery worldwide, how it then started in the US, and who profited off it. My understanding is African leaders sold the slaves. I don't know how true that is, but I'm very interested in how they had the authority to do it and what their society was like to allow that. Looking at it from a 2021 perspective, we all know this clearly wrong in every way. 250 years from now people will look at us and say how ridiculously wrong we are on many issues. I'm interested to understand their times. We continuously look at the people who bought slaves and never at the people who sold them. You have to wonder how it all came to be even if it was thousands of years ago.We have made a decision that 13% of the population is in a protected category. They are free to say things without criticism that others can’t.you may not like it, but it is what it is.if you study history you will see over corrections to address an obviously unfair treatment e.g affirmative action, diversity etc.Maybe reparations will be the ultimate equalizer.Although I don’t no where Obama would come out on this since his mother’s family owned slaves. So does he get money or pay extra taxes to others. My great grandfather came from Ireland in 1866.Obviously he never owned slaves. So should I have to pay in .My point is these things are complicated and just need time to sort them selves.Unfortunately race hustlers like Al Sharpton will always preach the victim agenda because that is how they get their money.
