Is the United States ready for another Kent State moment?

Will we ever get rid of college students rioting for a cause many of them can’t explain.Outrage at Israel but no concern for the guys who rape women and cut baby’s heads off.Churchill said it best “If you are not a liberal at 21 you have no heart. If you are not a conservative at 41 you have no brain”
What do the beheaded babies story and that Churchill quote have in common? Neither actually happened.

First clip is not on a college campus. Second clip is not on a college campus (as far as I can tell), and not even in America.

I wasn't limiting the protests to be only on US college campuses, but I do think there have also been people attempting to justify on the campuses about what occurred on Oct 7th as part of the ongoing conflict. That I can't agree with.

And I'm someone who think's Israel's response has been too aggressive and not trying to just root out Hamas, but to destroy Gaza to make it uninhabitable, and I don't honestly believe they see they care about the hostages to accomplish that goal.

I don't really think there is a solution to this problem as neither side will want peace.

I just think these students assume that one side being wrong makes the other side right even in the of terrorism. As if Israel stopped today, gives the Palestinian land and the terrorism stops?

The protesters are saying they're not engaging with him, they're blocking everyone, not just people wearing star of David necklaces.

I'm not sure why that's ok?

But they did kill babies. That's a fact. Those people are animals. It doesn't excuse Israel killing massive amounts of innocent Gazans.

I'm ready for the entire middle east to disappear. This will never cease.

Israel’s military efforts are focused time on getting the hostages returned and eliminating Hamas. If Hamas would just return the hostages and not use their own citizens as human shields, we wouldn’t see the a number of civilian deaths in Gaza.
"Another Israeli official told Haaretz that, contrary to reports, 'Israel will, under no circumstances, agree to end the war as part of a deal to release the hostages' and is determined to enter Rafah 'either if the cease-fire will be temporary or not.'"

Because Hamas has to surrender as well. Pretty obvious.
Wow, I can't believe Hamas won't agree to such a reasonable demand.

According to the report, the U.S. guaranteed Hamas that there would be a "full Israeli withdrawal from the Gaza Strip and that Israeli forces will not continue fighting once the hostages are released." I feel like the US wouldn't have told them this without getting buy-in from Israel first, but this wouldn't be the first time the Israeli government has made the US government look stupid.

This is proving to be unpopular in Israel, as tens of thousands have come out to protest for agreeing to the hostage/ceasefire deal that the Netanyahu government doesn't seem to want to accept.

"There is now a deal on the table, that Hamas has signaled it will agree to. But Netanyahu, after Hamas' signals, is once again trying to torpedo the deal, when he announces twice today while hiding under the guise of a 'top political source,' that Israel won't agree to ending the war. Netanyahu is once again trying to torpedo the only chance we have to save the hostages," said Einav Zangauker, whose son is held at the strip, on behalf of the families."
Yehuda Cohen, the father of captured IDF soldier Nimrod Cohen, has spoken in the rally in Rehovot, in central Israel, where dozens rally. "It is no longer clear, six months in, if Hamas wants the hostages released to ensure its survival, or our terrible government wants to fail them to ensure its survival," he said.
