Losing Gibbs will cost us at least 5 to 8 wins next year and definitely keep us out of the NCAA tournament. If we fired Willard and got one of the Hurley's, Gibbs would have stayed and we would have made up the revenue for the Willard buyout.

Gibbs just wrote Willard his ticket out of here after next season.
