I thought I would start a new thread for those who want to intelligently discuss the murder and the surrounding political situation.

For those looking at the murder as an excuse to bash Trump or engage in childish name-calling then please go to Cern's thread titled How Low Can Trump Stoop.

I previously asked a question if anyone had any insight into the motive

At the moment it seems it was because he was openly critical of the Saudi regime. Is it as simple as that?

Did the Saudis torture and kill him to show the rest of the world that no one should criticize the Regime?

Is it arguable that the Washington Post is culpable given that they likely knew the risk of criticizing the regime yet they were happy to pay him to write such things?

Seems like it is.

Seems like the new crown prince got his butt hole hurt, so yes.

No, don't think so, has Bezos made any comments yet on this murder or is he sticking to his guns, in being he is looking for new corporate investments in Saudi Arabia?

To my knowledge, Bezos has remained silent.

That makes the most sense for him. No need to comment on speculation no matter how obvious it may seem.

Let it play out a bit. Assume innocence until guilty. I know as of late that's a foreign concept but for now it makes the most sense.
