Jared Rhoden!

25, 12, and 5. Awesome!
Context here...Toronto is playing out the run. There is no way they would hit the cap on his max nba games so great that he is in this opportunity. He created this. He is going to be 26 end of the summer. I believe there is a market for him in Spain, Italy, France where he would be a top import.

Reality is that Jared Rhoden just put up 25/10/5 in an NBA game. How many Seton Hall players have done that? Good for him.
Seriously?
I believe he is now one of 3 raptors to have ever done his full statline in a single game which includes vince carter.

On the shu front if they were a notable player since the 90s it has happened.

Griffin
Sam d
Mark bryant
Anthony avent
Dehere if sub assists for boards

Never happen again
I think eventually the NCAA/member colleges will be forced to end the charade, start treating players as employees, and negotiate employment contracts with standard terms like duration and non-competes. That should normalize things again.

Why sign a contract when it isnt apples to applea...a coach contract means little when new job comes...are you suggesting another school buy out an existing school for player services?

It certainly does mean something. Coaches don't just leave. There's often a buyout or some type of negotiated departure. And the flipside is also true - contracts give coaches protection from schools wanting to get rid of them. A protection that I'm sure would appeal to many players.
