What a great article. What college sports should be but will never be again. Interesting comment from Moon about when SHU killed the Track program out of the blue in 2010: we had some athletic administrators here at the time who didn’t know what they were doing. Hmmmm.

St Peters fields a nice program, and does well with the sprints. Their excellent head coach has a long term relationship with Coach Moon, and many of their top athletes ALWAYS bring it up to me, and have when i brought them in the Courtside club, how they would LOVE to compete as a Pirate.
