While I'd prefer keeping Dual in a complementary role, I would not lose any sleep if he balked at that or got a better offer and chose to not return. He got better as the season went along no doubt, and is a plus defender and disruptor. There's more he can do and grow into entering his JR season.

I simply don't see the full range of PG ability that we desperately need to become a good team again next year. Especially with a coach that does not run a good offensive scheme and needs to rely on guys who can create.

I posted during the game thread after Dual
hit his second 3 of what the “takeaway” from the game would be if we didn’t keep it close and got blown out. And of course that’s a huge part of Jerry’s article lol.

I don't get the "Dual is an elite defender" take either. He's decent, with the potential & physical skills to possibly become elite but that's about it.
