Judge Wilken grants final approval to the House settlement.

If this comes to pass many schools, like Seton Hall, may not be able to afford to compete in Division 1 sports. I believe the cost will be too exorbitant to pay women what the men are getting and maintain the minimum number of men's and women's sports to remain in D1.
Maybe men should sue so they can get similar commercials that Juju and Caitlin had...or maybe...

Honestly? I think that has always been the game plan.

The age of “student athletes” is NIL. Semi-pro teams to feed the NBA or so these “athletes” are led to believe by their agents and coaches. The NCAA has finally come to it’s pathetic end.

College after NIL: eliminate student athletes, hire free agent D league players (unless your P-4), and pay the greedy******** what they want for as long as they want (usually 1 season) it since they’re special and more worthy than actual students RIP

The goal was accomplished.

Make it impossible for so many schools to compete at the highest level.
Sort of like real life where the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. More tax breaks for the rich. The gap between the rich and poor gets wider every year. The system has been fixed so those with money and power can influence the results in their favor.
