he had bronchitis today, so who knows where his head was at. his team is pretty mature too, so maybe he was hands-off with them...aka let them work it out on the court? Hoiberg is that way too. Tough, tough call on that last play. I feel for that kid, he's gotta be near suicidal right now.

I like Alford alot as a coach, but man this UCLA team stinks. Without his son going off, they arent in this game, and w/o that freak play at the end, they lose. They blew their 10 point lead, and no one stepped up other than the coaches son. So much talent on that team & they still look like a team that didn't deserve to make the tourney.

UCLA-UAB is a terrible matchup for a Sweet 16 berth. I'll root for UAB, but both teams had bad years.
