Just saw a trailer on ESPN that said a grand jury has issued subpoenas involving the use of prostitutes for recruits and players at U of L. You now have trained law enforcement professionals with broad authority to obtain documents and compel witnesses to appear and testify under oath.

It is big news. The ability to compel the production of documents and to require witnesses to appear before a grand jury are powers that the NCAA doesn't have and the consequences of not testifying truthfully are serious ones.

The 2 big things I would think, is if public university money was used on the prostitutes and whether any underage girls were involved. If it is just a grad assistant hiring strippers on his own then no big deal.
