So we wasted 2 years on a limited scope of an investigation.

Trump's campaign manager, deputy campaign manager, original national security advisor (the one who led chants to imprison the campaign's main political rival) and personal attorney were all charged or convicted of felonies. Additionally, Russian organizations/individuals were also charged for a multitude of crimes against America. If you have any regard for the law, if you give a single flying iota about corruption and crime, this investigation was not a waste of time.

It's amazing this has to be repeated so often but Trump's propaganda machine does a good job at making people forget. Yell and scream "WITCH HUNT" enough times and people will believe you.

Turns out that Manafort did not cooperate. If this reports exonerates Trump, why are the Republicans now fighting the release of the Mueller Report ?
Hell, if a report exonerates me, I want that report public. This would be great for my reputation and politically. But no, Trump will now fight it. It is important that the report is released publicly. Even if the actions of Trump did not rise to a criminal level beyond a reasonable doubt, the public has the right to know what Trump was doing which could be deemed unacceptable for a President to be engaging in such conduct. Have we actually lowered the bar for the President of the United States this much? Apparently the answer is yes.

But Dear Leader says he's innocent, even his personally appointed AG says so! Why do we need those pesky details in the actual report?

I am all for transparency... but comparing a college transcript to a tax return, let alone the results of a 2 year investigation into Trump seems a little silly.

The bar has been lowered. Trump lies constantly to the point where if he shows up and does something that resembles the norms of how a president should act, it will make national headlines.

We are talking about the actions of a President while in office. Entirely different. We, the public, have a right to know what Trump did especially in Office.

I'm all for transparency as well. I heard a report this morning that Barr is going to make available more information from the report in the coming weeks. Trump while being interviewed when he was with Netanyahu also said he would be fine with making the report available (although we know that's subject to change every ten minutes).

However, he also said it is up to the Attorney General. Typical Trump move. Remember Trump stated that he wanted to sit down with Mueller? It was those damn attorneys that stopped that. Same thing.

Trump also said he would release his tax returns countless times. His word here means little.

Apparently Trump will get to review the report before congress which is insane.
