My primary doctor sent me to GI doctor. The GI did an upper GI, and told me I know what is wrong with you. It is called porphyria (a rare blood. disorder) You have all the symptoms, neuropathy in
your legs, stomach pain, heart issues and nervous disorders (anxiety, depression, bipolar)
He then had the lab check for specific porphyria, one of the normal range is 0-2 mine is 5,0ne has a normal range of 0-1, mine is 31. 0-15 mine is 60. Three of my medicines make the symptoms. I have fell about 4 times in the last several months, fractured my toe , had to have surgery on fingers, and had to go to the ER for a laceration. 3 of my medication make the symptoms worse. I have been telling DR's for 10 yrs. there is something wrong physical that is why I have bipolar. I went from 209 to 187 in a short time.(I not trying weight).
