It’s been a great series and full of drama. Jerry’s story reflects the larger sentiments of college basketball with everyone losing connection to these programs because of the player turnover. It was great seeing guys develop and a real program in place, more casual fans knew what to look for and what to expect. There was great accessibility too and college sports was perfect for families and kids that way. Plus always exciting when The Hall was a good team.
A lot of that is lost now and suddenly pro sports are more stable in that regard. At least they have multi-year contracts.
