Exactly my point, if all of the MSM didn’t lean liberal on almost every topic/news story, maybe more independents and even some moderate Republicans would trust them more. I know i would.
As for Newsmax, I would agree with you on that, but I also wouldn’t call it mainstream media either.
But this is what happens, people find media to be overly bias, and they look for other sources, that how they come upon channels like Newsmax or social media, and they start to believe what they hear. No different then Dems watching Rachel Maddow and taking every word out of her mouth as the truth.
Sad that people just cannot report news and let viewers make their own decisions. Not sure if that is media’s fault or viewers.
That’s pretty simple and most people get that. The surprising thing was that independents trust has declined precipitously. That should tell you something.

The only thing you have to cling to is Jan 6 and Trump. Guess what? Every Republican, conservative, right leaning person I know and have read about have condemned what happened on Jan 6. Anyone who broke the law should pay the price. There is more to the Jan 6 story though than what is being fed to us by the one-sided commission.
