Saw some social media posts that the team practiced in the new facility. In a lost season, that new building is a major positive.

it all makes sense now. we finally have a place for the team to practice. i knew there was a reason for this teams performance . crisis averted , phew.

Don't underestimate the impact that the new practice facility is going to have recruiting. Before someone else says it, it won't be weighed heavier than a dump truck full of NIL money, but it does make a statement about the schools commitment to the program and what the student at athletes experience will be at the school. It's a big deal.

Absolutely. You need the money first but also the facilities. We clearly don't have enough money right now to even be average in the BE and even the influx we expect won't push us ahead, so we'll be battling with - hopefully - competitive money and this.

player values will start to normalize and a decent amount of players will be hovering around the same $ from multiple schools. tats more akin to the willard and gonzo years where having a a facility will keep kids from walking out the door
