I’m sure he does. But gaslighting is not a tort. He got outmaneuvered and threw in the towel. He signed a separation agreement which has to have releases in it. He made comments about the reasons for his departure which are at odds with those in his complaint. He’s got some issues to overcome. Won’t be easy.

I have no nickel in this dime. I wish it had worked out and he stayed. I’m just giving you my view from the article. A view which is admittedly based on someone else’s fact gathering. But so is everyone’s view on this forum on this topic.
