Awful! Avent is one the most under-appreciated players who ever played. This guy was a great player and was dominant post player in 1991 to that run to the Final 8. He was overshadowed by Dehere. However, we have not had a better post player than Avent since that time.

I feel so bad that Avent got scammed by this dirtbag. Ponzi scheme people are one of the worst people in the world. They destroy peoples lives.

Agree 100%! And I loved the Avent, Volcy combination playing together too. Avent was a stud!

terrible to hear. Just goes to show you have to be very careful who you deal with. Hope Avent is OK, but if a foreclosure situation came up, he's probably not as well off as he once was after NBA.
