Xavier is really good and has a deep bench with a lot of options. Macura was a game changer in the first half last night and Sumner in the second. Sumner is coming into his own and could be Dunn-like good and maybe better frankly. Plus with their athleticism and a seemingly endless bench of bigs they seem to have all the boxes checked. Farr and Reynolds are both very good and last night they hardly used O'Mara who had a very good game against us. Defensively they were all over Nova last night and were impressive.
That first half was fun to watch - two very good teams going at it Someone has to talk to Ochefu and tell him to stop making stupid fouls away from the basket. When he is in the lineup their offense runs so much better. And the same with Jenkins - he is a real difference maker for them with teams focusing on Hart and Ochefu he steps in and can score in bunches. If Nova stays out of foul trouble I believe they stay with Xavier and it comes down to the wire. But Xavier was the aggressor.
