Nova doing a 180 in just two weeks. Odum nd Collins were targets, with a list of others. Now Willard, who wasn’t on the original list, is not only in consideration, but the preferred candidate which means they have to wait. Jay’s fingerprints are all over this as apparently he and Kevin are pretty close/respected, which also makes me think this isn’t a negotiating ploy by Kevin to pump up his salary. MD AD leaving may have had an impact. Nova is flush with NIL, and the collective is on board too.
