I saw some stuff this week in which Sebastian Telfair says he is the best player out of the 5 boroughs all time. Mark Jackson and Rafer Alston objected to this. With that said...is the following fair game?

I would say Telfair had a great handle, was overrated in the draft, had a J that was not consistent now PSAL he won 3 city titles but Lance won 4 city titles

Too skinny. Relies too much on the sky hook. Not sure how sustainable he is.
