Go Pirates!

Gotta raise that NIL somehow.
I hope they fill the place . They need to come up with other NIL events for me. Been to every one of those "horrible tasting beefsteak" dinners before and I will continue to support the team in other ways . Go PIRATES !!!!!!

The food is hardly horrible. If you’re expecting Sparks because you’re paying that price, you don’t understand markup to earn a profit for an event.

You are barking up the wrong tree .I know about fund raising and profit margins because I have been involved with many fund raising events for many years .First the price of beef is high so I would try another food venue instead of low grade beef . I do not know where you are from but beefsteak dinners started in Paterson / Clifton . I have been going to them since the 70's. Started by Nightgales Catering in Clifton . If you want to taste real beefsteak now I would recommend the Brownstone in Paterson for the best there is. The important thing still is raising money and they do raise a good amount at that event but I'll pass this year. GO PIRATES !!!!!

Also the profit margin is very good because it is held on campus and they use in house catering which is very smart .

Would any "singles" be interested in creating a PirateCrew Sponsorship table? I would likely be two. Setonball46 would make three, if he is still interested and has not yet found a seat. So, there would likely need to be about six more to complete a Sponsorship Table. Of course, I would expect HallDan to set us up with a prime location! :) You can email me at bpar0628@gmail.com, if interested.

I already have a table sponsored by a major SHU donar. And I know you put up a smiley face, but if you get a table I would certainty make a call on your behalf.

Keep me advised.

I know one thing but there is no way I can post it. If what I have been told is true I will be looking forward to it in the future.

Wow are you sure it's not sold out. Although I'm not going this year in the past it always had a great crowd .

I am sure we’re still getting emails. Not hype so less fanfare.

Thought I could get folks to go in on a sponsorship table on the board and we got 2 people.

I’ll keep giving this year but I’m frustrated not because of the nil but because of what we have been discussing.
