Which raises the interesting question as to whether this issue should be controlled by federal or state law. Does the fact that it's "interstate trade" give the feds an overwriting right to regulate?

The thing is a mess right now and I think it it would benefit everyone to have a few lead rods, inserted into reactor before it blows up.
