However, I am increasingly seeing people talking freely about wanting Trump and some Republicans to get killed. 3 fans at The Army Navy game said to me and my son 3 fans who wished death on Trump at the game. Libs don’t care so why should I take it?

In any case, there were tax cuts under Obama as well. Personally not a fan of the "Well, I got mine" way of looking at the efficacy for running an economy though.
Did I say “just me”? My kids and employees seem pretty happy with more money in their pocket to save and spend. I don’t recall hearing that between 2008-16.

And i cant really explain why people would be happy about a tax cut now but not the one 10 years ago. I'll assume your kids werent working and your employees were still stressed about the worst economic crisis since the depression. Just a guess.
Aré your investments still killing it? Pretty sure they are back down to 2017 levels. 2018 now in the red territory not from economic health, not because corporate profits are down, not because corporate taxes are at very low rates. Nope. Just because we have Trump in the WH to create global instability.
The stock gains in 2017 were mainly due to Trump. A more pro-business environment, less regulation and the build up to the tax reform package.
He is also responsible for this year's dismal performance (and the Federal Reserve).
