Why can’t respect personal choice? I don’t get a flu, HPV, or shingles vaccine. I prefer to focus my energy on living a healthy lifestyle and avoiding medications if I can. I try to avoid surgery at all cost.

Every medication had benefits but they also have adverse reactions. Up to the individual to assess their own risk profile and make the best decision.

And FYI I am in agreement. You don't need to get a flu shot. I have only gotten one for 2 of the last 5 years. One being last year with the unknowns of covid, but I will get one moving forward to protect small kid plus parents.
