DePaul holds on. Looks like 11th place for the Hall. At least Xavier is leading Butler by 15 late in the second half. Keeps NCAA tourney hopes alive.
A fitting end to this season! DEAD LAST in the Big East---and now we get to see nova & Dixon run it up in an empty Garden--
Ahh, memories of the preseason when some on here said Seton Hall was disrespected by the 10th place coaches poll ranking. I thought the ranking was fair and asked posters for an objective reason as to why Seton Hall shouldn't have been picked 10th. The answer received was, "Because we aren't Georgetown, Butler, or DePaul."

Apparently he challenged a heckler to come down to say something to his face…. While the game was going on.
He also called a ref a racist a couple of weeks ago.
It’s bad when a team stinks because they have no talent, but it’s worse when you have one that’s quit. And that team has packed it in.

And last year you had some posters saying we would finish from 7-9th place and we finished 3rd.
Bottom line is WGAS if you are right or wrong about your preseason picks.
The question is— do I watch the game or another Everybody Loves Raymond rerun?
I’d go Seinfeld on Netflix. Try Severance on AppleTV if you haven’t. The entire basketball season has felt dystopian.
English always seems to have something going in with another coach, fan, the refs, etc. Always.
Still wouldn’t be surprised if they beat Butler and give SJU a run or even upset them in the BE tournament. The Friar faithful usually flock to MSG for the BE so I have to think the team has a chance of rebounding and getting up for it.
So many relish the bad news about the program, cant get enough of it.

Funny how these up & coming coaches have instant success their first couple of years with key players from the previous staff. Then poof!
I wouldn't be. You guys are my pick to win the BE tournament. Karaban is playing much better and Reed is becoming more of a force, last night notwithstanding (which was more about Samson anyway IMO). Especially if St. John's wins at Marquette this weekend, because they are ripe to get picked off having won so many games already. Reed despite the inconsistent play has given them more problems consistently in the 2 games you played them than anyone else on your roster.
