For the tickets with Platinum Lounge access (like Section 7 Row 3 and whatnot), what type of food and drink do they offer? Non-alcoholic only, I'm guessing? And for food, just snacks or actual dinner stuff?

Platinum lounge is top notch food and alcohol included. It’s pretty exclusive, my understanding is it has something to do with people who have prudential tickets for multiple events. It’s above courtside club which is what most people with club access are familiar with, myself included. I just know a few who snuck into platinum.
I have been in Platinum Club a few times. Bar is available but you pay extra. They have sushi, carving stations, burgers, chicken, etc. Very comprehensive. The dessert spread is bonkers borderline overboard. Nice place to relax, clean bathrooms, and easy access to the street. You will enjoy - if you need to bring a friend you can count me in LOL
Not a box. It’s a lounge underneath those sections with different food options and nice clean private bathroom. You also have a private entrance in front of Pru Center.
They open about 1 hour before tip off. You eat then go to your seats and go back at halftime or stay during the game and watch on their big screen if you want.
