There's a thread on the Rutgers Board asking the question "why is SHU having so much success in the portal?" I know that Willard is a "player's coach" and his players love him. The TV announcer indicated that Richmond talked to Isaiah Whitehead about transferring the SHU. I guess our recent success in making the NCAAs also plays a part as most players want to play for a winner. Any other reasons?
