Atlanta is in an interesting spot. They have a roster slot but both two-ways are taken.

Maybe they are hoping to stash him on their G-League team to get a look.

According to NBA.com Rhoden and Miami's D.J. Stewart are the only players signed yesterday and waived today.

Their transactions page seems to be normal. Teams are making their final cuts with the season starting this week.
