Rivals/Trove Issue/Question

Dan - my Trove/Rivals membership lapsed because of a card expiration issue, but when I'm trying to update my new information on Rivals, it is not working (it won't update the specific card info). Is this something I need to address with Rivals Customer Support? Figured I'd ask before I went that route to the extent you've heard or experienced this previously. Thanks much.
