Tyrese looked really good.
Watched the whole game and he was very active throughout.

Very strong on the boards and posting down low. Went coast to coast after a rebound for a nice highlight. A few assists and steals too.

Having a good season so far and Florida looks pretty good. Playing Baylor next so we can check out Ty and 1 of our opponents!

Per the attached Jaden Bediako interview with Carino on the Jersey Jumpshot podcast one very nice thing that Tyrese did for us after he left, was that he was very instrumental in telling his fellow Canadian about how much how he enjoyed his time at Seton Hall. Jaden said he knew Tyrese very well as they had played AAU ball for several years. (around 3 min mark of audio below)

He’s played a lot at the 5 too. Money is one thing but I also felt as though Sha messed him up last year. He needed to play more minutes and got lost on the bench for too long too often. Same with Richmond. It seems Sha has learned as Richmond is rightfully getting a lot of time.

Sha didn't believe Tyrese was worth the money he was asking for and no one would give it to him / we could not afford Ty and be able to build a full roster.

Weather inside of a gym is the same in New Jersey as it is in Florida.

If weather is a reason, that’s not a focused basketball player.
