And the disparity will just get worse.
This is exactly what the "powers" want.
To who? The NCAAT is major viewership increase from having this big football school brands playing each other.
The money is growing. What are they going to do?
3 1 vs 2 games and a 1 vs 3.
Little to no upsets. The only top 2 seed not to make it this far is from the big east. Maybe I’m in the minority. Maybe they’re raking in more money than ever. But I’m typically more excited for the games this weekend than I am to the point I turned down tickets Thursday night. I’d rather watch from home and flip to another show when possible.

Totally agree. There’s been a handful of good games, but it’s the most boring NCAA Tournament I can recall. There’s nothing like a Cinderella trying to play itself into the Final Four. It warms no one’s heart if Florida or Michigan State makes it. Who cares?

Short term yes without question. Long run I don't know. A couple of good games in this Tourney and that's it. No Big East teams takes some of my interest away. Just like college football in OUR corridor, We watch the NCAA. Championship Football game, but who really gives a flippiin flippin if Georgia, Alabama, Ohio State win every year. We now have SEC schools with mini NBA payrolls. They are pummeling teams in this Tourney. We need to revisit this over the next decade.
We had company over. Recorded the Ole Miss game and zipped thru it at 11pm.
