- Tuesday marks the 129th meeting between Seton Hall and Villanova, making the Wildcats the Pirates' the most frequently played opponent.
- Seton Hall was the victor in the last meeting as the Pirates registered a 66-56 win over the Wildcats at Prudential Center on March 6.
- The win over Villanova on March 6 was head coach Shaheen Holloway's 100th career victory and it was The Hall's first win over the Wildcats since a 70-64 win at Wells Fargo Center on 12/8/20.
