They’re just THAT bad. Sometimes no amount of practice can make a significant difference. The talent level is crazy low.

Actually, if you watch Sha’s body language he’s more composed.

I really believe Sha will come out of this season a better coach.

Time will tell, but I think he’ll get better from this crazy year.
