SJU's roster is 10 times better and that starts with Repole and having Pitino doesn't hurt. Every SJU player 1-8 is better than any SHU player.

I still like Sha but the entire program needs to be looked at after the season. $$$$ will solve some problems because you need players that can compete at this level and we unfortunately dont have that this year.

If Sha gets a decent roster he will be fine and win, already has. Same thing happened with Willard and PJ.

This will almost certainly make Shaheen a better coach in the future. Trying to figure out how to coach untalented players now will make it a lot easier in the future with better players, hopefully.
Last year was last year. Obviously, a good grade. This year, with the talent he has its still a Very poor grade. NIL yes, but how are these kids playing so atrociously tonight??

Are you seriously kidding me? No 1 transfer on the market. 4 other top 50-ranked high school players (since you like to give that as a Sha knock on having talent) that are all juniors and seniors and a top 50 freshman.

I think there is a reason their roster is $5+mm and SHU barely makes it to $1.5mm. Isn’t that more than overly obvious???
There are kids st schools like LIU and Montana that could play better than this. What were our scouts looking at????
