I don't believe people should be punished for their personal beliefs. But an employer, certainly one as soft as the NBA, would surely do something as it goes against its narrative.

Again i have no issue with personal beliefs, one can believe anything he or she wants...however there are ramifications when you publish your thoughts in a public forum. You do realize most cognizant companies have a handbook and conduct and social media policies. Not just about your office xa and os.
