Still, classy comments by the kid. He could have gone in other directions with that. Especially when you read the quotes Dan circulated earlier about him appreciating Pitino's public comments about him playing through injuries and whatever narrative may have existed.
I've been watching Johns lately, game in and game out, I'm on board with them going forward. Kadary has been very, very good for them. But here's the thing-when push comes to shove, he's been our guy over his collegiate career. At least he is in my mind. The only thing that can change that is a particularly long NCAA run[not an impossibility!].
And I hope they get that run.
By the way, they currently have a player languishing on their bench, Jaihden, who Shaheen recruited heavily, who may well be available come portal time-certainly a priority recruit for Seton Hall in the immediate future.
Sort of like the Middleton signing. Look, Ricky can't play everybody significant minutes. Here's our chance!

He was told his minutes would be minimal this year and increase next year. He seems to be a contributing piece to next year’s team along with the 2 Euros. Big reason why Pitino is recruiting no high school kids this year.
