because every data source is different and all are lagging. but whats clear is that rhode island and philly are not that different from ny. now, maybe the covid procesures for avoiding a big shut down are different? maybe?

RI and Philly seems to be 60%+ lower rate of new cases. Maybe it’s because they have more vaccinated people in those areas but based on that map of new cases it appears to be transmitting at a much higher rate here.
