It was a pregame analysis stating the major weakness of the Bengals.

And, in fact, the team with a more talented roster lost, perhaps due that lack of emotional control and composure. The Bengals suffered an epic meltdown and lost to the Steelers.

Perhaps certain SHU players should learn from the discussion among some NFL veterans. One or two Pirates need to stop overreacting to everything as if they're still in 8th grade.

Talent is not enough. Focus, discipline and mental strength is a huge part of the game.

Prima-donna's resulting from coddling on the AAU circuit etc fails to prepare b-ballers for the rigors of the real world. Without direction they are doomed for failure. Oh yeah, direction. That explains SH's problems.
 
This has always been the case. Good coaches/leaders know how to deal with it...
