Kudos to both for putting politics aside and doing what they were hired to do in this very difficult period following the storm. I don't always agree with Governor Christie's policies but the man sure has outstanding leadership qualities and is not afraid to made tough decisions and take action when necessary.

concur.

Couldn't help thinking that Obama was spending valuable time & resources in a state that he has a lock on.

Thought though that Christie went very much out of his way to praise Obama. I was wondering if there might be a crack in the Romney / Christie relationship. Early on after the storm, he was asked if he heard from Romney and Christie said before the storm he did but had heard nothing after the storm from him.

I don't think that there is a crack in thw Christie/ Romney relationship. The Governor is doing what he is supposed to do and that is to help out the people of New Jersey as much as possible and part of that is to work directly with the President to obtain whatever resources our state needs. In this regard our Governor is doing a magnificent job.

Wells said Tom. Love him or hate him, Christie is pretty genuine and he's done a great job managing this situation.
