Karma is a bitch. With all the protection that people must pass through to even get near the President, he still got it. So much for downplaying it. This is a pretty dangerous time for Trump. I just didn't agree with the generalization that this problem is coming from one side. More of a problem with how divided we have become.

The one particular instance is today's news. Left wing zealots have proven they are what they are for a while now. It just shows how divided this country is. But this minority of people with the loudest voices really gets on my nerves.
How there is anything but prayers for the president and his wife as well as prayers he didn't spread it on Tuesday night is disgraceful. Despite the debacle on Tuesday night, this could be terrible for America if Trump has it bad and spread it to Biden. Prayers for all.
I do not wish ill of the president... but I will be honest that it is frustrating that he is the one that chastised people for wearing masks around him, and has made the act of wearing a mask to be a political statement. Had he just encouraged people to wear masks, I would feel more sympathetic.

since trump hollers about fraud and conspiracies himself its easy to believe he could use this as a tool to win votes. after neither candidate denounced terrorist groups its clear that anything is in play and believable.

I haven't seen where he is looking for sympathy. Like millions who get the flu every year, he lived as he wanted and caught a virus. Like everyone else, he has to fight it and move on.
Trump was never near Biden and we don't know if he even had it at that point. Even if the worst outcome occurs (very unlikely given the extremely high survival rate of this virus), we have continuity of government plans in this country for a reason. It's unlikely that Biden has it, and even more unlikely that he got it from Trump even if he does have it.

Trump wore a mask a couple times and the first time in July, he toured that Ford plant without one, made fun of others for wearing masks and questioned their efficacy several times and he holds rallies where he knows there will be thousands of people without masks.
imo the jury is out of hydro. my gf's mom has lupus and is a covid ward nurse. has lots of info about the drug and what helps covid patients. says hydro success is completely false. makes me believe trump is hyping it up for monetary reasons (i believe his family has some sort of stake in it)
what needs to be promoted is boosting immune system with vitamin d and zinc. theres probably an agenda from the other side for not promoting this.
Questioning the efficacy of mask mandates is certainly a valid position. We know this has been an exercise in control, brainwashing, virtue signaling, whatever you want to call it under the guise of "public health."
Agreed on D and zinc, although I have seen some reports where people say HCQ has helped them. I also agree with you and one of my first thoughts months ago was that Trump might have a financial stake in it. Don't know if that's true or not though.
