An up and down 40 minutes of hell neutralizes Delgado to a degree. You'll wear him out and either get him in foul trouble or give up a lot of easy baskets.
Plus there are an awful lot of quality guards in the conference that would be able to counter the press.
I would rather Willard pick his spots and use his depth to better advantage. I seriously don't expect him to press as much as others. That's not his style.
