Not for nothing, but giving in to a 4 to 5 year turn around is…not only not acceptable, but is abysmalSha has to get his type of players and theyve gotta grow. Strap in cuz it doesnt happen overnight for many coaches.
I totally agree with you. In basketball you need 2 really good players with at least one that gets consideration to play in the NBA. I'm not sure how this particular season plays out, but it's not out of the realm of possibility that they can play their way on to the bubble. We can be extremely critical of their performance as a group on Saturday vs Marquette, but it's just one game. I do believe Sha has to be careful when he brings players in that are so inept in certain aspects of basketball. The guy I would spend a humongous amount of time developing is T. Davis. He is an athlete, and he has a good skillset. He has to work on his outside shooting and his in-game decision making. He'll be a good defensive player just by being in Sha's system.1-2 players can key a turnaround. 4-5 years? Cmon. This is a competitive team. Get out of here
It’s January 22. It’s ok to not have all the answers at this point…Whos playing center and power forward next year? Whos backing them up? Whos our 2 guard, back up 2 guard and backup pg next year?
