RU will always be playing catch-up when it comes to keeping up with the majority of their conference peers in the athletic infrastructure race in the B1G and in what it can generate under the NIL rules. I wouldn’t be surprised if down the road we see more dollars in state aid for athletics for RU now that this precedent has been set.
