He learned a lot from his first term. I really believe he is determined to get this right and leave a legacy. He's going to face a lot of headwinds though. There's a decent chance the economy falls off a cliff within 3-6 months and the establishment will blame him for it. He has to deal with Ukraine whether he likes it or not. Going to be a consequential four years. The best legacy he could leave, in my opinion, is streamlining and shrinking the federal government. Eliminate the waste and excess. Truly drain the swamp, which he didn't do the first time around.
