You really think it is equivalent? This guy ripped off people of a half of billion dollars.
Because the incoming guy made it clear he wants to use the department of justice to destroy his political rivals. Which, by the way, he is doing.
I hate the precedent Biden set but I also get it. When you have a maniac broadcasting he's going to try to jail your family and those who tried to hold him to account for his crimes, it would be hard to not (try to) prevent it from happening when you have the recourse.
