Our country will look extremely weak to the world if this goes through. Like William Hayes, she should be left to her own devices to find her own Midnight Express out of there....or, you know, just do the time. Maybe don't do something incredibly stupid in a powerful country we have testy relations with. It's not rocket science.
I can't wait to watch her be treated like a hero upon her return - only to express her resentment, disdain and lack of gratitude towards a country which bailed her on for her own dumb mistake. Fun times!
