Singh re injured his wrist in practice before the Dartmouth game. He wasn't even expected to play let alone take any shots!
Whitehead rushing down and forcing up a shot for NO REASON. Terrible play by him. Absolutely despicable.
Our half court offense is pretty terrible. This needs to improve significantly for the conference games. They play like the 35 second clock has been shortened to 10 seconds, not 30.
What? That's KW's strategy. Uptempo mayhem. Confuse the opponent and take advantage. lol
They have to keep improving. Today they were excellent from the free throw line. Now they
have to cut down on the turnovers. Also they didn't run a good offense in the late part of the game.
I thought IW played well, but maybe some better decisions down the stretch.
Delgado was much better. Desi was good and Sonogo really contributed to this win.

Ish looks really good. I think Dan had mentioned multiple times that he is the most improved player since last season. That seems to be the case so far. We'll see if that plays out.

Of the five players who came off the bench today only one scored and that was Gordon with 11 points. I continue to believe that we need to get more production from the bench , especially from the bigs or it's going to be another very long year. Gordon has been a real plus for this team while what we can realistically expect from the bench remains unclear.
Impressed with Ish and thought Desi played well. My take is our staring line up is good for mid Big East; but our bench is really lacking. After Gordon there is a sharp drop off Veer will be good but plays like inexperienced freshman that his; needs to step up his defense. Also think Nzei will step up with time. Would like to see our core rotation limited to those 8 when we enter BE season.
Surprised not much talk about Angel who looked like his old self. I love ish, Desi hitting his three, Gordon plays a smart, controlled game, almost retro. Bad isaiah is bad and his last few plays were awful. I found out that Willard stole our offense from senator Ted stevens. You remember him, passing the bill for the highway to nowhere. Please, teach them spacing. We have four guys in an 8 foot square. Wagner broke up the silly hand offs like a high school corner who realizes his opponent has only one pass play.
I like this year's players. We still lack the big helper for angel, but better depth at both forwards assuming veer comes along. Ball handling is so far a bigger problem than I thought.

He cant teach them anything. Offense has been pathetic for 6 years. Still has no idea what an off ball pick is. Just weave weave weave chuck.
Good point on Angel. He had some nice passes today too. KW still frustrating...Supposed genius x and o coach, so why do his players not listen year in and year out?
