During his interview on Donor Matching Day, Coach Bozzella said he would announce the OOC schedule during the End of Year Banquet.

I was not able to attend. Can somebody post the games?

Thanks.

I wasn't at the banquet, but I do know they're playing in a tournament in Cancun and will be playing a game in Texas on the way to Mexico.

Working on it.

Texas? Interesting. If you know that then you must know the team. Give it up, 6711! ...LOL.

I'd be excited if it was Baylor. That would be a huge challenge. It would be awesome if it was a HH.

We also know they're going to play at Georgia.

It would also be nice to start a HH with Princeton. That could develop into an OOC rivalry that both sides can look forward to each season. Plus it's an easy trip for both schools.

I remember hearing that we will play both Princeton and Rutgers at home this season. At a minimum I know they are working on making it happen.

Thanks, buzzer. That's a very good schedule, very strong... not great, but it's not filled with cupcakes.

Princeton and RU is what everybody wanted and they got it done. Both squads should be very good, ranked teams. Walsh should be packed (I hope) and buzzing for both games.

Princeton lost Blake Dietrick, their best player, but they return every other key starter.

Liberty, the defending Big South Conference champs, will be a good road challenge. They played a strong game against UNC in the NCAA, losing by only six points. Most of their main players are back.

Georgia will be at home looking for revenge so that's another big test.

NC State was a third round WNIT team. They can be very dangerous, as they beat No. 10 Duke last season. And they're losing only one main starter from last season.

Northern Iowa was a WNIT team.

Why UT-Arlington? Do they want to get a game in Texas for TRS? Probably not since that school is about five hours away from Bay City. Houston is the closest major city.

Anyway, overall I really like it. I hope they get another top 25 team in there.

Go Pirates!

Thanks Buzzer:

Really excited about the Women this year. The OOC looks challenging.

Am also looking forward to our new players and what Tony does with them.

I'll go to far more women's games than men's, that's for sure.
